1. Delivery Policies.
For Orders in Canada & US:
You can contact us by phone or email to arrange pickup for your purchases at our
office at no extra charges(except orders placed through ebay). We also delivery
your order anywhere in North America. Shipping normally takes 1~6 days within
Canada or 4~15 business days to US. Faster delivery or same day delivery also
available by special arrangement. Please check
with us first.
All shipping cost are automatically calculated and added to the total amount of
your order according to the totoal weight of the shipping package(dimensional
weight) plus handling charges.

your order exceeds this limit, we will seperate it in two or more

contact us if you require insurance if your order is over $100. The
insurance amount is approx ($1.00 per $100)
* The shipping costs listed above are for reference only, it may be
different with the actual shipping cost calculated by the checkout
system. In case of discrepency, the cost calculated by the checkout
system should be considered as the correct cost of shipping. * We
welcome you to contact us to get a shipping cost re-quote if you feel
the shipping is substantially higher than you expected.

For Orders other than Canada & US:
We also ship to anywhere around the world if the payment is by Western Union
Money Order or T/T Wire Transfer. Please note we do not take paypal
or credit cards payment for internation orders due to security reasons.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Maanta Computer Inc. are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items
pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier unless you purchase additonal
shipping insurance to against shipping damage and lost. $100 Insurance is
included in the above shipping cost, please contact us if you require insurance
if your order is over $100. The insurance amount is approx. $0.60 per $100 if
delivered by postal service or 1%~3% of the order total if delivered by couriers
or trucking services(for example 1% insurance for Fedex & Purolator).
2. Return Policies:
We try our best to provide customer quality products and services. If for some
reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us
by email or phone at
905-480-0618. We would like the opportunity to work with you to solve your
issues and ensure your satisfaction. However, in the case of you still wish to
return your item, here are a few things you should know:
- You must submit a RMA (Return Material Authroization) request via email or
phone within 7 days from the date you received the products.
- You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Maanta Computer Inc. and
for the costs associated with that shipment.
- It is important that you return everything on your order in its original
conditiaon and packaging.
- Customer must package the products properly. Maanta Computer Inc. is NOT
responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping
company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.
All electronic parts should be wrapped in anti-static plastic bags and
shock-resistant bubble-wrap. There should be at least one inch of cushing
material such as peanuts between the item and the walls of the box.
- We suggest that customers obtain a receipt of any packages shipped back to us.
Maanta Computer Inc. is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping.
- Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund or a company credit note will be issued
to you.
2. Warranty:
Please contact our tech support team first by email
or phone at 416 243-3313 or fax to 416 283-3383 to determine whether the item is
indeed defective before shipping. Then make an Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) request.
Limited Warranty
Maanta Computer Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that any part of the
hardware system excluding software, documentation and similar items will be free
of defects in workmanship and materials for the period of your warranty from the
date of delivery. During the warranty period, Maanta Computer Inc. will repair
or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective hardware, free of charge for
labor and parts for the first year. You are responsible for shipping the item(s)
back to Maanta Computer Inc. and for the costs associated with that shipment.
However, you may be charged for $25 labor fee if the returns found to be
non-defective. The remedy for this breach of warranty is limited to replacement
or repair with parts warranted for the longer of thirty (30) days or the
remainder of the warranty period. Any additional purchases or upgrades will not
extend this warranty. Excluded from this warranty is any damage caused during
shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) and any damage caused
by: impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar
disaster, unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use,
environment, installation or electrical supply, improper maintenance, any other
misuse, abuse, or mishandling. Maanta Computer Inc.\s sole liability, under this
warranty, for failure to repair or replace the hardware system after a
reasonable number of attempts is limited to replacement or, at Maanta Computer
Inc.\s sole discretion, refund of the current market price. The above
constitutes purchaser\s exclusive remedies for breach of warranty. Maanta
Computer Inc. shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any other damages,
including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential and other
similar claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty,
negligence, absolute or strict liability, or any other similar theories. Damages
excluded include but are not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss
of use of the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of
substitute or replacement equipment, down-time, purchaser\s time, injury to
property, and all claims of third parties.
Maanta Computer Inc. will not be responsible for consequential damage to the
boards or the system or any of its components caused by either internal or
external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed by or
purchased from Maanta Computer Inc.. Maanta Computer Inc. will also not be
responsible for damages to any components or loss of any data inadvertently
caused by products, under normal or abnormal use, purchased from Maanta Computer
Inc.. The limited warranty also does not cover damages or defects that may have
been caused by: Shipping damage(other than the original shipment), improper
installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect or improper environment, repair,
modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts not by an Maanta
Computer Inc. employee, inadequate or excessive electrical power surges, or
other power irregularities. Maanta Computer Inc. will also not replace, repair,
or refund on any purchase if the item serial numbers do not match, or if the
product is not sold directly by Maanta Computer Inc..
One-Year Warranty
All parts (except CPUs, certain OEM products, and refurbished items) come with a
warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from
the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of the product with the
same product or like product as determined by the customer and RMA when direct
replacement is unavailable.
30-Day Warranty
Certain OEM products and refurbished items unless specifically stated otherwise,
carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to
manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include overclocking, use of CPU
without cooling fan, improper voltage, or any use of the CPU that does not fall
into the designed use of the CPU as intended by the manufacturer.
3 Days DOA Warranty
All CPU\s unless specifically stated otherwise, carry an implied,
industry-standard 3-Day DOA warranty (from Maanta) against defects due to
manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include overclocking, use of CPU
without cooling fan, improper voltage, or any use of the CPU that does not fall
into the designed use of the CPU as intended by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturers often offer additional warranty for the following products: hard
drives, retail boxed CPUs, printers, scanners and monitors etc. Customers should
contact the perspective manufacturer after warranty with Maanta Computer Inc.
expires. Customers may also pay Maanta Computer Inc. a service fee ($15 per
item) plus shipping to have such warranty work completed through Maanta Computer
Inc.
All Other Warranty Coverage
Certain parts may come with extended Manufacturer\s Warranty. The equipment
Manufacturer honors this warranty and Maanta Computer Inc. assumes no
responsibility in honoring this warranty. Maanta Computer Inc. will attempt to
RMA a product to the manufacturer in special cases when requested by the
customer. Customer assumes all shipping costs to manufacturers.
Warranty Forfeiture
Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice.
Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or
manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void
if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally
void manufacturer\s warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or
inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty
coverage.
Warranty Related Shipping Costs
Customer should pay any costs in shipping to us, and Maanta Computer Inc. will
pay for the cost in shipping back to the customer for products under warranty
coverage.

If your orders are to be delivered in Ontario, 8% PST plus 6% GST will be
applied to your purchases on this website. If your orders are to be delivered in
Canadian provinces other than above provinces, only 6% of GST will apply to your
purchases on this website. If your orders are to be delivered in Maritime
provinces (NB, NS, NF), 14% of HST will apply to your purchases on this website.
If your orders are to be delivered to US or other countries other than Canada,
no tax will be charged on this website. However, other tax may be applied to you
at the time of delivery under some regional laws and regulations. Please contact
your local tax agency for more informations.

7. How to change or cancel
orders after I sumbitted it.
To provide prompt and quality services, we start to process your orders as soon
as you submitted them to us. Therefore, if you want to change or cancel your
orders after you submitted them to us, please contact
us within 2 hours. We will not charge you if you only change your order.
If you cancel your order, 25% of the order \s total price may be charged on you
as to cover our service expenses. Please note that we may not be able to change
or cancel your order after 2 hours.
Please also noted that there may be 4% service charge for cancel the order paid
by Credit Cards to cover our service expenses.
8. Do I get a tracking number for order I placed?.
Usually the tracking number will be automatically generated to your email box
after we ship out the order. Please allow 2~3 days before request us a tracking
number.
